3rd June - mated, litter due 26th June
24th June - moved into the maternity cage having gained 80g
26th June - a huge litter of 16 very small babies born late morning, all top eared, only 10 survivors
27th June - 2 more kittens have died overnight, but the others are growing and seem fine
10th July-27th July - these were very kindly fostered by a friend (with breeding experience) while I went on holiday
5th August - buck 2's second testicle is visible as a small lump in his groin, so may safely descend on its own
8th August - it's now apparent that buck 2 also has micro-opthalmia (aka an abnormally small eye) on his left!

buck 2 - british blue (only one descended testicle, so may need neutering later on)
