details: 8th April - mated, litter due 1st May
29th April - moved into the maternity cage having gained 100g
1st May - litter of 6 born first thing in the morning, all top eared
2nd May - an extra kitten is in the nest today
6th May - first guesses at colours
11th May - I'm not convinced yet that there are any chocolate based kittens in this litter, meaning one or both parents is not either
16th May - the mink doe is falling behind, and sadly may not survive, so I will not include her in photos for now
19th May - unfortunately the mink doe has now died
6th June - this litter has not done well and so I will not be breeding on from any of these kittens
buck 1 - american cinnamon essex
buck 2 - american cinnamon essex
buck 3 - american mink (tail marked blue) - at 5 weeks he is only half the size of his siblings, but still full of life
buck 4 - american mink (tail marked blue blue) - has shown signs of a neurological issue since birth, but copes well

doe 1 - american cinnamon essex
doe 2 - american cinnamon essex - has had an intermittent rattle, and although it may recur, I doubt she will become unwell as such
