26th December - moved into the maternity cage having gained 110g
27th December - litter of 16 born, one sadly stillborn, all top eared
5th January - their colours are quite well visible, and it seems all the doubles are also pearl (again!)
8th January - it appears that the whole litter could be pearl and dark phase pearl, which is statistically possible, but should have been very unlikely

I was hoping for some non pearl double mink and double cinnamon bucks and does from this litter - looks like I am to be disappointed yet again!
So I'm keeping buck 2 (Wilbur), a doe 2 (Winter), and doe 5 (Willow) from this litter.
